U.S ORDERS

FREE SHIPPING WHEN YOU SPEND $125+ before taxes and shipping. All orders are processed and shipped with 2-3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed the following business day. For express delivery, orders must be placed before 12 PM PST or it will be processed and shipped the following business day. Signature upon delivery is required for orders over $500.

Due to security restrictions, USPS is the only carrier that can deliver mail and packages to APO/FPO/DPO locations. While carriers such as FedEx or UPS offer delivery to countries where military personnel may be stationed, packages from these private carriers cannot be delivered directly to a military base

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your order is undeliverable for any reason, due to a wrong address, suite or apartment number, shipping charges will be applied and will not be refundable. All packages returned to our facility will be given store credit only. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate, invalid or incomplete information, order processing time may be delayed and our customer service team will contact you via email or by phone.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but did not receive it, please contact customer service at [email protected] within 24-48 hours. We will do our best to remedy the situation. We recommend all customers to purchase our shipping insurance.
