How does Sezzle work?

Sezzle lets customers pay over time for their purchases with no interest on their credit file. If approved, a customer would pay 25% at the time of the purchase, then three payments of 25% every two weeks for 6 weeks

Who should the customer contact if they have a question about their payment?

Sezzle is available for messaging 24 hours, 7 days a week. Customers can message our team within the Sezzle app, or log in to the customer dashboard at dashboard.sezzle.com

 

What if a customer wants to make a return and they paid with Sezzle

Customers can process returns as they would normally do with any other payment option.

How can a customer manage their account

Customers can manage their Sezzle account by downloading the Sezzle app or signing in at Sezzle.com.
