All returns require a RMA number. Please complete a return request in the Returns Portal HERE. Enter your email address and order number associated with your order. Please keep your return labels proof of postage in the case your returns are lost/stolen or damaged in transit as we are not liable.

All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Rockstar Original will not accept any returns if they have been worn, washed and show any signs of wear. All sets must be returned together or you will be charged the full amount.
Styles that are not eligible for returns: All items that are on sale, accessories including beauty products, masks, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, shapewear and undergarments are FINAL SALE.
*FINAL SALE and marked down styles are non-refundable. Items that do not meet the requirements are subject to a 30% - 50% restocking fee.
